Manipal MIT (MET) 2026 Cutoff Ranks – Campus & Branch Guide

The MET cutoff rank is the closing rank at which the last seat in a given Manipal campus and B.Tech programme was allotted during MAHE counselling. The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) conducts the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) for B.Tech admissions across five campuses — MIT Manipal (the flagship in Karnataka), MIT Bengaluru, Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ), Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT), and MAHE Dubai. Our table shows General-category 2026 closing ranks across Rounds 1 to 4 of Common Counseling.

MIT Manipal is the most competitive campus — CSE at MIT Manipal closed around rank 3,441 in Round 1 of MET 2026, relaxing to 4,838 by Round 4. Specialised programs like Mathematics & Computing (2,821) and CSE-Financial Technology (3,629) were also in the top 4,000 in Round 1. Core branches like Mechanical and Civil are more accessible (Round 1 cutoffs of 11,682 and 15,181 respectively). MIT Bengaluru, MAHE Dubai, MUJ Jaipur and SMIT Sikkim provide wider access — Round 1 CSE seats at these campuses remained available up to ranks 10,200, 16,700, 27,900 and 40,900 respectively in MET 2026.

Admission channels: MAHE admits B.Tech students primarily through MET. JEE Main scores may be considered for limited quota admissions, but MAHE does not publish a separate JEE-channel cutoff list. All ranks shown here are MET-based.
