Manipal MIT (MET) 2025 Cutoff Ranks – Campus & Branch Guide

The MET cutoff rank is the closing rank at which the last seat in a given Manipal campus and B.Tech programme was allotted during MAHE counselling. The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) conducts the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) for B.Tech admissions across four campuses — MIT Manipal (the flagship in Karnataka), MIT Bengaluru, Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ), and Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT). Our table shows General-category 2025 closing ranks across Rounds 1, 2 and 3 of counselling.

MIT Manipal is the most competitive campus — CSE at MIT Manipal closed around rank 3,479 in Round 1 of MET 2025, relaxing to 5,129 by Round 3. Specialised programs like CSE-Financial Technology and Mathematics & Computing also closed in the top 4,000. Core branches like Mechanical and Civil are more accessible (Round 1 cutoffs of 17,037 and 25,526 respectively). MIT Bengaluru, MUJ Jaipur and SMIT Sikkim provide wider access — CSE seats at these campuses remain available up to ranks 9,000, 30,000 and 34,000 respectively in MET 2025.

Admission channels: MAHE admits B.Tech students primarily through MET. JEE Main scores may be considered for limited quota admissions, but MAHE does not publish a separate JEE-channel cutoff list. All ranks shown here are MET-based.
