How KCET Rank is Calculated (Official KEA Formula)
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) uses the following merit formula for KCET rank determination:
Candidates are then ranked in descending order of this combined merit score. In case of a tie, the student with higher KCET marks is ranked higher. Further ties are broken by PUC marks, and then by age (older candidate ranked higher).
